We really love clever infographics, especially when they’re as well done as this one put together by the Union of Concerned Scientists. The poster really make the case that “electric vehicles are a key component of a realistic plan to cut projected U.S. oil use in half in 20 years.” And they’ve got the science to back it up.
It’s a very concise way to show the benefits of electric vehicles, for consumers, for the environment and for the American economy.
And while they don’t mention it, we don’t mind pointing out that many of those economic benefits will come back to Michigan, as long as we keep leading in the design and manufacturing of electric vehicles and advanced batteries.
