By 2020, it is expected that there will be millions of electric vehicles on the road--and the top two places owners will charge their vehicles are at home and at work.
That’s one big reason why our friends at NextEnergy and CALSTART have organized a daylong workshop focused on workplace charging issues and opportunities to be held in Detroit on June 18.
The program will allow participants to hear from employers who have successfully installed charging stations, connect with employers who are planning new installations in the future, and meet with suppliers offering solutions to key workplace charging issues and concerns. In addition, attendees will “learn how your participation will accelerate national security, economic competitiveness and environmental responsibility,” according to program organizers.
